Noveria AI ("Noveria," "we," "us," or "our") builds custom voice AI agents for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through noveriaai.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Scheduling information processed through our meeting-scheduling provider, Apollo, once you choose a time for a discovery call.

We share information with service providers who help us operate our business: our scheduling provider (Apollo), which processes the details from your discovery-call form to book and confirm your meeting and to power the website tracker described above; Microsoft Clarity, for analytics; and standard hosting and security providers. We retain the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship with you, and meet legal and accounting requirements.
