These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of noveriaai.com (the "Site"), operated by Noveria AI. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is provided to share information about Noveria AI's products and services and to let visitors request a discovery call. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms.

When you submit our discovery-call form, your information is passed to our scheduling provider, Apollo, to book your meeting. Booking a discovery call does not by itself create a service agreement between you and Noveria AI, that agreement is formed once you become a client, at which point the terms below apply.

• Setup fees are invoiced upfront and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which remain the responsibility of the client.

• Clients may cancel by providing 30 days' written notice.
• Noveria AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for late payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the services.
• Termination does not release the client from outstanding payment obligations.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
• Ensure all outreach and communications sent through our Services comply with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Refrain from using Noveria AI services for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activities.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Noveria AI name and mark, are owned by Noveria AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our permission.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results described on the Site apply to your specific business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noveria AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noveria AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
